Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via the SwitchBot UK portal or email us with your order number and the reason for the return.
Receive Return Authorisation
Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and the specific UK return warehouse address.
Pack and Ship
Securely package the device in its original packaging including all accessories and cables, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the parcel.
Inspection and Refund
